improve our environment

Take this bonus discussion board opportunity to discuss what we need to do to improve our environment. Do not list the normal conserve water by taking short showers (as we know agriculture consumes over 70% of annual global water demands), or list stuff like turn off the lights when you leave a room - this is all stuff we should already be doing. Think bigger.
