Short Essay: Dress and Impressions

Objective: Analyze how dress is used to facilitate the success of social encounters.

1. Locate two sources of advice to men and/or women on how to alter your appearance or how to present yourself in order to enhance your performance in any social situation (e.g., job interview, public speaking, occupational role; you choose). This can be any first-impression type situation. Be Creative!
2. Integrate the material from both sources and the textbook/relevant course material.
3. Write a BLOG POST that reflects the best advice from all sources on how to dress for you selected social situation. The post must be between 400-500 words in length. The title should be creative and eye catching. Be creative! Images are encouraged! Include complete references for the sources you used at the end of your article.
