Implementation Plan

Develop a comprehensive plan for communicating the purpose and achievements of their field project and its relationships to the school’s mission and vision and all applicable stakeholders and/or appropriate school constituencies.   

Design and develop a plan to implement the initiatives. Generate an implementation plan discussing its relationships to the school’s mission and vision and all applicable stakeholders and/or appropriate school constituencies.  Clearly include each goal and the specific objectives that align to that goal to indicate what you want to achieve with the implementation of this plan. Describe step-by-step specific procedures for each solution.  Write a detailed timeline demonstrating the expected sequence of implementation of each procedure (solutions). For each solution, describe the expected outcome(s).  

Make sure your plan includes the following:

1. A statement of the problem
2. Goals and specific objectives of the implementation plan 
3. Procedures for implementing your proposed solutions
4. A timeline for implementation
5. Expected outcomes
