A client, Sabrina, from Bosnia has written to your attorney's office asking for help. You have worked with Sabrina previously—you were helping her to apply for political asylum. Unfortunately, her petition was denied. You know that she has a low social and financial condition and want to help her get out of Bosnia. You also know that the only solution is either marriage, school, or employer sponsorship. Sabrina will not be able to pay for school in the U.S. What help could you provide her in such a case? What ethical issues may arise for the attorney while representing her and her potential sponsor, fiancée, or husband? Give examples and cite cases to support your answer.
