This week, you will continue with your course-long project and focus on resource allocation. Using the WBS created in Week Two, you will define the resources, assign the resources, identify over-allocated resources, and explain your plan for any over- allocations for each of the project tasks. You will submit the Gantt chart to show the allocation of the resources and a 1-2 page paper explaining your process for allocating the resources, issues that you encountered, and any corrective action that you took. Your paper should have one reference that is cited that supports your position. The reference and citation must be in APA format but the paper itself does not need to be in APA. The paper must be professional with 1" margins.

You will upload the project’s documents to the assignment. Save all work in a format that can readily be accessed by the instructor (e.g., PDF). This assignment is due by Day 7.
