Deploying an expatriate program within the Trans-Pacific Partnership  (TPP) challenges the international human resources management function to devise innovative ways to ensure that it is compliant with the spirit and the letter of the TPP while adhering to its own corporate policies themselves and rules. Evaluate the opportunities and challenges that present themselves in this diverse partnership, particularly regarding safety,  employee rights, and workplace issues. Then select one of the following  aspects of the IHRM function:
