IEEE PAPER summary and critique.

1. Should be in IEEE format

2. Minimum atleast 3pages in IEEE format

3. FORMAT:

                1 Abstract

                2 Body: Summary of the paper

                3 Conclusion: conclusion and critique 

4. Critique must be atleast one paragraph describing what are the faults and what could make it better.
