For this project you will take your identified issue and solution to the next level by demonstrating the need and clearly identifying the worth of the investment. This is your opportunity to really justify, financially, your solution. What you put together becomes your program evaluation and a tool that you could use to accomplish your goals in your own district.

You may present your work in written or presentation format--consider what would be needed to accomplish your goals for your specific district. You should provide the following:

● Problem Background ○ Must Include:

■ Identification of the Problem ■ Per Pupil Cost ■ General breakdown of what that cost entails

● Identified Solution ○ Must Include:

■ Identification of the solution. ■ Cost of Solution (can be estimate) ■ Category that the solution fits into. (ie. Instruction,

materials, etc.) ■ Data to be used to demonstrate success of solution

● Clear identification of impact of solution and/or how that will be measured. ● Discussion, with supporting details, on the project's worthiness. ● Discussion on which would be more beneficial to demonstrate benefit--ROI,

Cost Analysis or Cost Effectiveness. ● Research to support your solution and thinking.
