Identify a Relevant Federal Funding Opportunity

Throughout this module you have explored many different federal funding opportunities. Now, you will take a deeper look at some of these programs and their implications.

Use your knowledge to consider not only the impact of the funding but also what you think the programs should do in the future to remain successful.

For this assignment:

1. Choose a Federally funded early childhood education program that seems relevant for your career path.
   • You may find excellent examples on the U.S. Department of Education's Early Childhood Development: Programs & Initiatives Webpage.
2. Identify the intent of the program as well as its requirements and any evaluations completed.
3. Write a 1-2 page paper in APA format, summarizing its impact or potential impact and your recommendations for the future.
4. Cite references in APA format.
