1. The final integrative case analysis should be typed, double-spaced, use MLA format, and a minimum of ten (10) pages and maximum of fifteen (15) pages.

2. ICA analysis includes:

a. Evaluate company’s external environment (3 examples)  

b. Evaluate a company’s Resources Capabilities, and Competitiveness                            (3 examples) 

c. Identify 3 corporate strategies and how to strengthen the Company’s Competitive Position using 3 of the 5 Generic Competitive strategies                                                            (3 examples of each of the 3 strategies)   

d. Discuss the corporate ethics, corporate social responsibility, environmental sustainability and strategy (3 examples of each) 

e. Identify 3 areas in the company’s organization corporate culture and leadership (3 examples of culture and 3 examples of leadership)
