Worksheet 5: Gathering Input and Support, Policy Idea

How would you engage your agency (employees, and other stakeholders) in developing ideas for a new policy to eliminate the disparities in the contemporary public health issue and among which communities? This part is important because it will provide the foundation to justify what and how you will do what you propose. Identify a new policy to improve the contemporary public health issue (e.g., eliminate COVID-19 incidence, prevalence, or mortality). Use resources currently available at the agency, interviews with stakeholders, a review of literature, and additional resources from reputable organizations.
