Using the dataset (attached). Preview the document that was introduced in Week 4, this week your assignment is to perform the following actions with the data. 1. Calculate basic stats descriptive statistics (mean, median, min, max, standard deviation) 2. Perform a segmentation of the consumers based on likelihood to attrit - find at least 3 segments of interest, payment type, gender, age, and other variables may be used to create the 3 segments. You must use more than one variable to create the 3 segments. For example, Age and Payment type are strong predictors of attrition - (e.g. Payment type YY and age <xx could define a segment - and Payment type YY, age >=xx , and all other could be 3 segments of interest. You can create more segments than 3 - but 3 segments is the minimum.) 3. Display the data visually using Tableau Story - Tell a story about how you would market to the appropriate segments to improve attrition rates. 4. In addition to the spreadsheet you submit and Tableau workbook, please use the story feature to communicate a storyline of why/how you would market to the segments and what results you might hope to achieve. 5. Your Deliverable should include: Spreadsheet, Tableau file (.twbx) and a word document of no more than 500 words. (If you incorporate all 3 into your Tableau story document, that is acceptable.
