You will find a PDF file with a chapter of Christopher Moore's The Mediation Process. It's a widely read work on problem-solving mediation. For now, we are not yet concerned with that part, we'll focus on the analysis again.

You only have to read pages 4 and 5 with the scenario in the document. Like last week, your assignment is to examine the case study within one of the conflict mapping frameworks introduced in the Conflict Analysis Quick Guide
