I need help answering this discussion question

According to Plato, what makes the philosopher-king the best possible ruler? Do you agree with his analysis?  Think about someone who is in a leadership role in your life -this can be a person from work, volunteer position, or an elected government official – do they display the traits of Plato’s philosopher king? Explain. In your opinion are they an effective leader?
