I need APA format-7 on title: MILL OF THE FUTURE

My requirement is that 

I need the application to be taken is PAPER MILL which is there in memphis (International Paper)

write my above title paper reading four reference papers and give citations for every paragraph, and use 12 font ,double spaced,times new roman of total 10 pages  and i need it on 15th november, you can see the below reference paper  which is an APA format-6 ,but i need APA format-7.
