I need an outline of this project before the main essay

Final Project

You are to form groups to undertake a semester-long exercise involving the application of the main concepts introduced in class. The report should be written from the perspective of an operations management consultant, who is writing for an audience that is familiar with the principles, concepts, problem areas, systems, and techniques of operations management (at the level of MGT 6350). Specific details of the project will be passed out during the first few weeks of class. As with the case write-ups, final projects should be done in groups of four to five members. This group need not be the same as the case write-up group.
