This is a little more difficult as it really needs to be customized to your individual test.  What I will do is give a list of suggestions:

Introduction

Methodology

Experimental Process

Data Summary (with an appendix with the data)

Data Analysis including  things like alpha error, p-test, power, etc. Anything that may apply

Conclusions from the analysis
