I hate essay type questions, please help!

2. Identify five key managerial skills.  

3. Name one major company that faces ethical issues because of unethical practices and give examples of these issues. 

 4. What is your reaction to the following statement made by many business students? "It may be nice to study ethics, but in the real world the only thing that counts is money".  

5. Explain how Values relate to Ethics.
