*In order to complete this hypothetical case study assignment successfully should first 1) be familiar with a “Situation Analysis”  and 2) conduct internet research on the Coastal Plains League (CPL) and Fans First Entertainment (FFE) to become familiar with this particular summer collegiate wooden bat baseball league and its member teams as well as the 2 teams owned and operated by Fans First Entertainment (Gastonia Grizzlies and Savannah Bananas). Specifically, groups should explore all current CPL and FFE team locations (league geography), attendance figures, ticket prices, and marketing strategies.
