counterproductive behaviors, etc.), give one example from the video/s of at least one type of dysfunctional individual behavior. 

2.  Using the information  (e.g. attribution theory, perception and perceptual biases, stress, personality, attitudes, etc.) EXPLAIN the behavior that you chose from #1 above.  

3.  Does the explanation you give in #2 excuse the dysfunctional behavior you identified in #1?  Why or why not?
