You are presenting a PowerPoint to a group of executives in an office. You have built and rehearsed the presentation and made crucial decisions not only about the content (images, color choices, font sizes, placement of text, design), but also the delivery. Will you wear a suit and a dress shirt, use technology to project figures and charts, define important words or will the executives already know the terms? 

Second Audience and Purpose:

Now, you must explain the same business concepts from your presentation to a group of high school students. Using the above information, explain how your presentation to the new audience will change from the original. What will you add? What will you remove? What will you adjust? How and Why? What shifts in format and delivery will you make to ensure that your audience receives your message? HINT: Think back to when you were in high school and a guest speaker came. What were your expectations and what actually happened?
