Directions: Add project resources (people, tools, machinery, and any other resource that is required) for the chosen IT project in section 9 of the project plan. Continue updating the WBS this week with the additional information learned regarding the resource management plan as required. The WBS should contain at least 75 steps (or more) when complete. The WBS should also be at least two levels deep. The WBS should contain the task, dependencies, the resources that are performing the task, the start and end dates, and any other pertinent information. The project plan should be additive from last week’s project plan.
