Topic: Causal Factors

Poor physical activity can be a causal factor in incidence of disease and consequential mortality. Conduct a literature review search on sedentary activity as a causal factor. Identify 2 studies where this was determined to be the case. Provide a brief synopsis of the findings. Share evidence based recommendations on physical activity for an adult.

Use three peer reviewed journals not older than 5 years old from 2016 upwards. Do not use textbooks or websites.
