This project will be an in-depth exploration of a person from the eras we studied in order to discover more about their life and the contribution they made to culture. You can get to know the great Greek leaders Pericles, Leonidas, or Aristotle better. Or perhaps you would prefer the great Romans: Augustus, Marcus Aurelius, or Horace. You can choose someone we discussed in class, you found in your reading, or you discover surfing the web--anyone is fair game. Once you chose an individual, put together a 1500-word (approximately 6-page) research paper. You must follow MLA format and research from no fewer than five resources, of which at least one must be a book.
