This is a Management analysis paper on the American Red Cross. This paper has two parts, each session must have an introduction. Part 1 is to briefly discuss the role of management in a human service setting. Part 2 is to review, critically analyze and examine the structure of Red Cross and of the human resources department. Is it positioned to be a strategic manner? Describe the structure and comment on  what you believe are challenges and strengths. This paper should be written at graduate level in APA format please.
