Part II Ethics Project (2-3 pages) - February 18 BY 9:30PM

Learning Outcome: Develop an ethical and legal project addressing the National Organization of Human Services (NOHS) ethical standards and their applicable applications for a specific area of practice. Identify a noted issue in your agency. You can gather this information from the HUS agency meeting. 

Find out the policies or processes implemented to address the issue. Using 2-3 peer reviewed journal articles, (note: you may consider articles located in the supplemental reading section) assess the implementation of the new processes from a theoretical framework.
Discuss whether or not the organizations actions were in line with ethical practices. 

Discuss what ethical principles or values are missing and how they could positively address the noted
issue.

Example:
· Do participants have the right to determine the best course of action?
· How is confidentiality managed?
