For this assignment, you will simply start thinking out loud (on paper in a 2 page memo) about which kinds of programs you might want to choose, in which you might design an evaluation of a program (or policy or intervention or curricula or legislation etc.). Describe three options, make a decision on which you feel is the best program or project to evaluate, and justify this decision. This is a chance to get feedback and/or ask questions such as, would this program work? will I know enough about this program to evaluate it? does this count as a program?
