You are the training coordinator of a technology company that is implementing a new method of developing computer chips. You believe that the new method is significantly different enough from the current method in place and that training is needed for the employees.
A Training Impact Model describes the knowledge and behaviors that new employees should demonstrate as a result of the training and the job performance and organizational outcomes (Brinkerhoff, 2006, p. 71-82, Boise, 2013).
