In Part 1 of the Project, you identified your company in terms of mission, vision, and strategic objectives. You also discussed how HR and the training unit will cooperate to ensure that the training program is realized.

In Part 2, you completed phase 1 of the ADDIE model, which was analysis.

In Part 3, you completed phase 2 of the ADDIE model, which was design.

In Part 4, you developed and implemented the training project, phases 3 and 4 of the ADDIE model.

In Part 5, you will conduct an evaluation of the training program, which is phase 5 of the ADDIE model. 

You are required to address the following key elements in the evaluation of the training project in approximately 500 words or more:

Using the four levels of Kirkpatrick’s model (reaction, learning, behavior, results), 

describe how you were able to gauge objectively the effectiveness of the training program.

Why is it important to evaluate training programs?

What type of data was collected in terms of process and outcome data?

Why is the timing of the assessment important?

What process was used to evaluate the costs and benefits of training?

Discuss the importance of evaluating training processes.

How will you use the information to improve future training programs?
