Please describe its personnel/staff in the role of supporting/administrating the training and development programs. Then explain the major types of training programs offered in the organization.

Question 2: Identify at least three factors that prevent people from successfully complete the training and development programs that are available for them. What can the organization do to help overcome these obstacles?

Question 3: Among the organizational training program that you’ve taken/observed, which one do you think is most effective? Describe its content, format (e.g., on-the-job training, online, etc.), instructor(s), and targeted trainees, and discuss how these match with the selected its goal.
