You have read that human relations is defined as the systematic study and application of knowledge about how individuals and groups act within the organizations where they work.

1) Identify one of the ways that human relations influences business that you would like to focus on for this discussion.

1) Select an individual company that is of interest to you.

2) Go to the Internet and research your company’s activities over the past 6 – 12 months. Identify one way that the company has been significantly influenced by the individuals and groups in the company.

Once you have identified the company and the factor, go to the discussion forum and post the following:

• WHAT is the company you selected?
• WHY did you make the selection you did?
• HOW has this company been significantly influenced by the individuals and groups in the company?
