This week, we will learn about the importance and function of vitamins in our bodies and review sources for getting the nutrients we need to be healthy.
Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:
- What have you learned this week since beginning your learning activities?
- Which foods do you eat regularly that provide you with the most vitamins?
- Which foods should you eat more often that are rich in vitamins?
