HHS workers may use strength-based approaches when working with families, especially those in crisis. These interventions are important to the HHS field because they provide additional support and work to keep families together.

Step 2: Create a new thread and answer all three parts of the initial prompt below:

1. Identify an intervention that can be used to help families in need or who are in crisis.
2. Share a local program in your community that can assist families in need or who are in crisis.
3. Describe a challenge that a family in need or who are in crisis might face while they are seeking services or resources.
