Here is the  assignment deliverables for this coming week. I will choose Brittany's previous training for Amazon for the Ring equipment.

Here is how the work is going to be distributed:

Discuss as a team the last training program you attended (at work, school, other).  

Write a 525- to 700-word description of the training program. 

Provide an explanation of how you would evaluate the training program. 

Include what you are specifically measuring, the time frame, a description of the evaluation form, and how it will appropriately measure the training solution. 

Include at least one weakness and one threat with a substantive explanation of the risks. 

Create a one-page training evaluation form. 

Cite any sources according to APA formatting guidelines. 

                                                               A training I received recently was at a previous position, for Amazon. I was a Product Specialists for Ring( Home Security Products). I went through an intense three week training. I had to be trained on how electricity works, and how to hook up a video doorbell to a home (i.e wiring/battery installations). I also was trained as a sales agent, to sale the product to consumers. We discussed different Ring products and I was trained on the importance of having home security.
