Using your own organization or an organization you have worked for in the past, describe the company's total rewards components (Figure 11-1 and 11-2 textbook).  Include a description of the tangible direct, tangible indirect and intangible rewards.  Also, answer the question: Which of these rewards differentiate the company from its competitors?
