The topic of this essay is HR strategy and analytics. It should reflect the results of your interpretation and critical thinking based on your research.

In your essay, be sure to include the following:

 how decision sciences influence strategic HR outcomes,

 measuring return on investment,

 cost and value in the HR framework,

 the four levels of HR analytics,

 the concepts of statistics and research design, and

 HR measurement concepts and their relationship to analytical concepts of economics and finance.

The paper is to be a minimum of three pages in length not counting cover page, references page, tables, etc. (deductions will apply if under the minimum length requirement).
