1. Describe a job you hold now (or a job you have held in the past). If  you don't have work experience, you can interview someone in a field  you are interested in and complete the assignment based on that person's  job. Explain the position or job as well as the company that employed you. List the title of your supervisor or boss. (This portion of the assignment should be brief).
   
2. Describe evidence based Human Resource Management in your own words.
   
3. List and describe at least three specific ways that evidence based management can benefit the company you listed in item 1.
   
4. Explain  how using evidence based HR Management would benefit the company and  how using evidence based HR Management would benefit the employees of  that company.
