Companies face a radically shifting labor force impacted by many contextual factors such as the economy, culture, education, technology, and societal factors. Teamwork and collaborative work environments are becoming the norm with technology facilitating global, flexible, remote work environments. In this week’s discussion:

  1. Identify how organizations create collaborate working environments when employees work remotely or are geographically separated.
  2. In particular, define what a “collaborate working environment” is and cite two (2) specific strategies you would propose that would make a working environment a “collaborative” one that is also efficient and effective.
