2. Provide at least 4 pros and 4 cons to all forms of scheduling methods presented within this chapter. 

3. Providing rationale for each, share which scheduling methods you prefer in your role as a professional nurse and why this method is most beneficial.

4. Research two separate scholarly article that speaks about the importance of effective hospital scheduling and the impact it has on productivity and patient outcome within the hospital setting. 

5. What impact does poor scheduling have on productivity? Provide examples.
