Take a moment to reflect on your own experience of communicating and interacting with someone of a different culture. Have you ever traveled outside of the U.S. or even found yourself in a distinct sub-culture of the U.S.? Did you feel nervous, or excited? Was there frustration and/or misunderstanding?
