History of Civilization 1

 Discussion questions: Both has to be 300 words total.

1. What innovation allowed the Phoenicians, a people with a relatively small population, to profoundly change the history of the world?
2. The Warring States Period was a time of political and social change in China. How do Daoism and Confucianism reflect the diverse attitudes of the time?

 A student’s main response to each Discussion Question (minimum of 300 words) should be posted by Wednesday. A student must post two substantive responses to their classmates by Sunday for each discussion question. Each reply to a classmate should be 100 words or more. Response stating that “I agree” with a post is inadequate without adding more information. A student will not receive full credit for responses to classmates that are not substantive responses.
