history class

There will be one research paper due during finals week on Friday, May 3, emailed to me by 5PM. It will be 6 pages, with proper citations (we will go over this in class) and a bibliography. You must use at least six sources including: two primary sources, Gotham, and three other reliable academic resources. If you choose, you may consult credible internet resources. This does not mean Wikipedia! 

The subject choice is yours. The only requirement is that it fits the time frame and themes of the class. (the complexities and challenges of daily living in nineteenth- century New York city for different classes of society.)
