Perform research and apply the DIMEFIL framework. 

- Ensure it is 3–4 pages (750-1000 words) in which you identify a threat to U.S. national security. Explain how the DIMEFIL framework could be used to develop strategy to counter or mitigate a threat to US National Security. Cite your sources.
