For this assignment, you should follow the link I gave you earlier (http://studsterkel.matrix.msu.edu/htimes.php (Links to an external site.)) to listen to some of the interviews that Michigan State Univ. posted on their site. I want you to do the following:

1. Choose three interviews to listen to. One must be of the recollections of a farmer or laborer, one must be of a labor or farm worker organizer (or one who was a leader in a march), and one must be of someone who was not affected (negatively) by the Depression. You must indicate to me by name the person you are writing about.
2. In each instance, summarize the recollections of the interviewee.
3. Finally, based on the three interviews you listened to, what would you say was the difficulty of living through the Depression for Americans in general? Explain this response.
