In this assessment, you do not need to engage with academic  sources, but it is expected that you would cover the following  considerations in your reflection paper:

• Outline your initial perception of each of the practices chosen;

• Describe your experience of engaging in each practice;

• Outline if and how your attitude regarding the practices changed throughout the weeks you engaged with them;

• Outline specific benefits and detriments experienced from  engaging with each practice – e.g. improved focus, a heightened  awareness of God’s presence, etc;

• Suggest how these practices might be best utilised in your local church.
