-The Civil War is the deadliest war in American History. More than 600,000 Americans were killed by fellow Americans. The number of Americans who died in the Civil War is greater than the number of all American deaths in every other war in the nation's history combined. In come cases, members of the same family fought on different sides of the war.

-What made Americans reach the point of this tragic bloodbath? What caused the Civil War?
