Write a minimum four-page paper combining the assignments above into a well-organized summary of the research.  The paper should have an introduction with a thesis, a body that explains what you have learned, gives an overview of your topic, and a clear conclusion. 

Basic Paper Requirements

Forms and Guidelines:  All material handed in should have 1 inch margins, be double spaced and use a 12-point standard font.  Each individual assignment should have a cover page with your name, the course number, what time your class meets, and be stapled in the upper left hand corner.  The website analysis, journal article analysis, and document analysis should each be a minimum of two full pages of text; the cumulative essay should be at least four full pages of text.  All of the assignments should have works cited page.  Please remember that these are the minimum requirements to receive a passing grade – you may need to do more to do well.  Failure to follow the guidelines may result in a grade of zero.

In each of the assignments you will be graded on how well you fulfill the requirements listed – or put another way – do you demonstrate a clear understanding of the subject you have researched.  Please be aware that this is a college class and you are expected to write at a college level.  Failure to use appropriate language or correct spelling and grammar will result in a lower grade.
