Historical Interview

Using at least two outside sources in addition to the assigned readings, prepare a 3-page paper on the following:

Pick a person from history you’d like to interview.

Have them introduce themselves by telling us "who they were" and "what they accomplished."

Have them describe the era in which they lived and what specific events or motivations influenced them into a leadership role.

Ask them to define their leadership approach and style, and why it was necessary at the time.

Ask them to describe their specific leadership goals.

Ask them if they had it to do over, would they lead differently?

Summarize this person’s leadership style. Do you think it was effective? Why or why not?

To help organize your thoughts, structure your paper so that it flows from point to point as listed above.

Cite all sources within the text and in a reference list at the end of the paper.
