HIPAA Compliance project

On the project topic "HIPAA Compliance"  below are the 3 questions that need to be answered:

1.1000 words APA paper with atleast 6 references using only paragraph format no points or bullets are accepted.The references must be completely from academic sources.

2.An annotated reference list of the above used six references.Annotation consists of two paragraphs. The first paragraph summarizes the source and the second paragraph is your reflection (thoughts) on the source. A paragraph for this purpose consists of a topic sentence and at least four more sentences (total 5). 

3.Submit a power point presentation with 12 slides for the same.
