Both MS Access and MS Excel can be used for creating and using a database. However, both are different in their database structure and use although they may contain the same information.

Compare and contrast these two databases with respect to their structures and utilization (minimum on 3 points. You may present it in a table format).  What method is used to access data in each database type? Why? Which of these two databases would you use if you anticipate extension of your facility in terms more data volume?
